Supply Chain Customer Relationship Manager
I have worked for Cochlear for two years and my role is to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service from our supply chain. This means acting as the link between Customer Services and Supply Chain making sure orders are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Knowing the support that I provide helps people with their hearing journey has proven to be a great motivation to go above and beyond and enhances my job satisfaction.
As an International Company it can be a challenge to work with the varying cultural and language differences. However at Cochlear you know that we are all here to ensure customers “Hear Now. And Always” which at the end of the day is what matters.
