Working for Cochlear is amazing, we have good days and tough days. It’s the knowing just how important my role is to our customers and recipients that makes my job worthwhile every day. Just knowing that answering a call or email to a customer; whether it’s from a recipient who is hard of hearing and their sound processor isn’t working or arranging an urgent delivery of an implant device for surgery so that a child can hear for the first time makes me love my job at Cochlear.
