Nucleus® 7 – Get connected!

Nucleus 7 is a unique and powerful sound processor. Being able to connect to your smart phone and True Wireless™ Devices to stream directly to your sound processor provides better hearing and an easier, more seamless listening experience.

Connecting your sound processor is simple and your welcome brochure gives step-by-step instructions on how to do so. You can also get help with some information online.

  • Make sure all devices have good battery charge before you start.
  • Pairing requires you to turn your sound processor off and on again, so find a time to do it when you won’t be disturbed or distracted.
  • If you wear two Nucleus 7 sound processors, they need to be connected as a pair in the same pairing window. If you have difficulty with this, check with your audiologist that your two devices are programmed as a pair.
  • Be patient if it seems to be taking a while. Some devices can take up to 2 minutes to complete pairing.
